Who the app is for

Recovery Command is designed for adults and older teenagers (16+) who are tracking their own mental-health recovery, often alongside a clinician. It is a self-monitoring and collaboration tool — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

Why 16+

  • Frequent references to mental-health and treatment topics, including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD.
  • Validated self-report questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, PSS-10) that ask about distressing experiences.
  • Private journalling, reflections, and symptom logs written by the user.
  • Optional connection to a clinician who can review the user's shared entries.

What the app does not contain

  • No advertising and no third-party ad tracking.
  • No unrestricted web browsing.
  • No social feed, public profiles, or user-to-user messaging.
  • No gambling, sexual content, violence, or simulated substance use.

Safety and crisis guidance

Recovery Command is not an emergency service. In a crisis, users are directed to contact local emergency services or a crisis line. Clinical questionnaires are presented for self-monitoring only and results are always framed as information to discuss with a qualified professional.
