I can't sign in
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. If you originally joined through a clinician invitation, use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
How do subscriptions work?
Plans start with a 14-day free trial and are billed through our website. Manage or cancel any time from Dashboard → Manage subscription. See the refund policy.
How do I connect with my therapist?
Enter the invite code your clinician gave you, or search for your clinician by their work email and send a connection request. Your clinician approves the connection before any data is shared.
How do I add clinicians to my clinic?
Organization plan holders can invite clinicians from the clinic portal. Each invited clinician receives an email to set their own password.
How do I delete my account and data?
Follow the steps on our data deletion page.
