We do not sell or share your data

Recovery Command does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your recovery content to train AI models, and we do not run advertising in the app.

Choices you control

• Access & export: request a copy of your account and recovery data.
• Correction: edit or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: delete your account and associated recovery data at any time.
• Clinician sharing: connect or disconnect a clinician whenever you choose. Disconnecting stops future access.
• Email: turn weekly digests and non-essential email off in your settings. Transactional email (receipts, password resets) continues while your account is active.
• Analytics: our page analytics are aggregate and cookieless, with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking.

How to make a request

Start a deletion request on our data deletion page, or contact us through Support. We verify requests against the email on your account and respond within 30 days. You may authorise an agent to act for you; we may ask for confirmation directly from you.

We will not deny service, charge a different price, or reduce quality because you exercise a privacy right.
