Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Recovery Command ("the Service") is operated by Greatlife Psychology Centre Inc. ("we", "us"), a corporation registered in Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not medical care
Recovery Command is a self-tracking and clinician-collaboration tool. It is not emergency care, a diagnosis, or a substitute for treatment by a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, call 911 or your local emergency line, or in Canada call or text 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline).
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Clinician and Organization accounts represent that you are legally entitled to use them in your professional capacity.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the plan rate and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal.
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are billed by Greatlife Psychology Centre Inc. via Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to harass others, share content you don't have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or upload malicious code. Clinicians must not share client data outside the platform without consent.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy. We store data in Canada or the United States via our infrastructure providers.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
