Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new paid subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Dashboard → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed, because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.

For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the initial charge and have not used the account extensively (i.e. under 5 check-ins or client interactions), email us and we will refund the annual amount in full.

Beyond 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, wrong amount), contact us within 60 days and we will refund the incorrect amount promptly.
